1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using FloraLux website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.

2. Products and Availability

All floral arrangements are subject to availability. In the event of supply difficulties, we reserve the right to substitute with a product of equivalent value and quality without notice. We will always endeavor to match the style and color scheme of the original arrangement.

3. Order Modifications and Cancellations

Orders can be modified or cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date. Once an order is in the preparation stage or out for delivery, it cannot be altered or cancelled.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in THB and are inclusive of VAT. Payment must be made in full before an order is dispatched, unless Cash on Delivery or corporate billing has been agreed upon.

5. Delivery Policies

We will make every effort to deliver your order within the selected time slot. However, exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed due to factors beyond our control such as traffic or weather conditions. If the recipient is unavailable, we may leave the flowers with an authorized third party (e.g., reception, neighbor).
